What is Stoicism?

Stoicism is an ancient Greco-Roman philosophy that offers a powerful framework for living a fulfilling and virtuous life. At its core, Stoicism teaches us to focus on what we can control, cultivate inner peace, and develop strength of character through the practice of four cardinal virtues:

  1. Wisdom: The ability to navigate complex situations with clarity and good judgment.
  2. Justice: Treating others fairly and contributing to the greater good of society.
  3. Courage: Facing life’s challenges with resilience and integrity.
  4. Temperance: Exercising self-discipline and moderation in all aspects of life.
